Pilot terms · version 13 July 2026
Clear rules for flexible flight booking.
These terms apply when an invited member searches, tracks, pays for or manages a flight through the REBFLY private pilot.
1. Who we are and who may use the pilot
REBFLY is an invite-only flight search, booking and monitoring service operated for this pilot by Deepbridge Advisory (“REBFLY”, “we”, “us”). Service contact: hello@deepbridgeadvisory.co.uk. Access is limited to two named email addresses, for users aged 18 or over who can enter into a travel contract.
2. What REBFLY does
We search airline inventory supplied by Duffel, show only fares for which change or refund flexibility is evidenced, take payment through Stripe, create the airline order and monitor comparable fares. We are not the operating airline. The flight is supplied by the airline named in the offer and remains subject to its conditions of carriage and fare rules.
3. Search results and total price
Prices and seats can change until the airline order is confirmed. We show the total returned by the provider, including airline taxes, and disclose included baggage and available change/refund evidence. The offer is repriced before payment. A lower headline price is not described as a saving until applicable airline penalties, required baggage, seats and disclosed REBFLY charges are considered.
4. Flexible does not mean free
“Flexible”, “changeable” and “refundable” mean only what the displayed fare conditions say. An airline may charge a penalty plus any fare difference. Some taxes or ancillary products may be non-refundable. The latest provider quote shown before an approval controls if it differs from earlier information.
5. Passenger information
You must provide accurate legal names, dates of birth, contact details and any information the airline requires. REBFLY asks for passport details only when the airline marks identity documents as required to create the booking. You remain responsible for carrying the passport, national identity card, visa, health documents and permissions required for the entire journey.
6. Payment and booking
Payment data is submitted directly to Stripe and is not stored by REBFLY. A successful payment does not itself prove that an airline order exists. We create the order immediately after payment verification; the booking is complete only when REBFLY displays or sends an airline confirmation. If payment succeeds but the airline order fails, we stop, flag the case for manual review and arrange the appropriate Stripe refund rather than charging again automatically.
7. Monitoring and alerts
With monitoring enabled, REBFLY checks the same flight, departure date, cabin and selected baggage requirements about every three hours for up to 30 days or until departure. Supplier downtime and airline inventory can delay a check. Alerts are informational until a fresh servicing quote confirms availability, penalties and net saving.
8. REBOOK proposals and approval
During the pilot, REBFLY never cancels or changes a flight solely because an algorithm found a lower fare. A proposal must pass eligibility, price, baggage, cabin, schedule and risk checks. You must explicitly approve the current quote, and a separate operator safety control must permit execution. Approval can expire when the airline quote expires.
8A. REBFLY success fee
When REBFLY completes an approved lower-price airline order change, the pilot success fee is 10% of the verified gross saving after the replacement fare, airline penalties and required equivalent extras are accounted for. You keep the remaining 90%. The exact airline refund, REBFLY fee and amount returned to you are displayed before approval. No completed saving means no success fee. A cancellation requested for reasons unrelated to a verified lower-price move does not earn a REBFLY success fee.
9. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Airline-initiated changes and customer-requested servicing are handled under airline rules. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where available and may take time to appear. Never make a second booking because a status looks delayed; contact us so we can check the provider order and payment records.
10. Your cancellation rights
Flight tickets for a specific date do not normally receive the general 14-day online-shopping withdrawal right. Your cancellation and refund rights are instead determined by the fare conditions, passenger-rights law and any airline-initiated disruption rights.
11. Acceptable use and account security
Do not share access, scrape inventory, misuse fare data, test stolen cards or interfere with the service. Keep your Google account secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may pause access to protect travellers, providers or the pilot.
12. Availability and liability
We use reasonable care but cannot guarantee continuous supplier availability, a particular fare, or that prices will fall. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, REBFLY is not responsible for airline operations, border decisions, force majeure or losses caused by inaccurate traveller data.
13. Complaints, law and changes
Contact us first at the address above with the booking reference and desired outcome. Mandatory consumer protections and the courts available to you are not displaced. The pilot is currently managed from Spain; these terms use Spanish law except where the law of your habitual residence provides mandatory protection. Material changes are notified before they apply to a new purchase.
